for offline - save file once you complete"Encourage Transfers" - which is before the new recruiting season generates. You can try rerolling different classes altogether. Try to get one in which your pipelines have more higher rated players and can scout the top prospects at each position to get a feel for the level of talent the top players interested in you. Then once you have the class you want. Save before using the scouting week points. Scout as many players as I want and keep a record for myself to capture the general stats/ability ratings for the players I want. Set my final board and save file before beginning to cheese the Insta commits. Typically once I get 5 insta commits on guys I really want, then I move on. Save so much frustration and avoid ending up with random duds on your squad/gimping your roster. Insta commits are totally random. I agree with your 10%ish estimate. Sometimes it seems like it also will function on momentum, in which you get one insta commit and then maybe the next attempt has a higher RNG chance to be another insta commit. I also think 5 stars might have a slightly low chance than 4/3

I got the ceo perk for insta commits in my first dynasty that I just retired. I don’t think it was worth the coach points though. Once you get to the point of winning two chips, almost any recruit is yours if you want them

I think your school reputation has to grade out as an A (or 5-star?). My problem is I don’t start as #1 on many recruits’ lists as Michigan State, despite being a three-peat national champion because the school still rates as no better than 4-star.

If you want more cheese... offline mode; when you're competing with another school for a guy and they have a visit- go and force a loss so you get a bump in them

Cheesey, cheese.. I also scout that way. Grab my prospects, then create a save point. I scout them, jot down the bust, and green stars. Reload the game take out all the bust, keep the ones I want plus all the gems.. ran the test 5/5.. same guys where bust/same guys where jewels.. This was with my 1 interest guys, then i ran your cheese 😅, create a save point and reload after every guy to get insta commit.. I have a lot of high development guys on my teams, very helpful during the season scouting and recruiting. Scouting points, never effects my off-line dynasty 😂

Save scumming works. I got a class of 35 insta commits that way. It takes forever but save scumming works.

I can attest that doing the save scumming method works as well and a lot of tries were done with a two and a half prestige ASU .

I admit to save scumming, but i don't take below a regular 4 star, and even then, I'm picky about how high of a 4 star they are. I also won't take a 5 star that has a broken diamond. But what I'll do is ensure half my class has me 1st and I'll save scum until they insta-commit, then i can go to the next week and basically have enough points to send the house on everyone else

The bust diamond can be deceptive. I've gotten Star development "busts" in the top ten. The red diamond indicates they might not hit their potential, but it doesn't guarantee that they won't.

Im in year 2032, level 49 coach with main recruiting class. Some elite recruiter packages. Program Building pipeline boost, and Dream School. 1st year at Clemson got 5 insta commits in pre season. Then all 35 commits by week 11. 14 Five stars, 21 Four stars

Instant commit works but it does depend on the team … so for the big schools in south like ga Texas Florida it’s great u can get like 11 commits 1 time n they will be 4 n 5 stars …, I tried Ohio state n it’s different because Ohio state best pipelines aren’t in Ohio soo with Ohio state u can get 1 or 2 four or 5 stars but to really get 11 or 12 ohio state needs to attack 3 stars

What’s a fun small school to build up in dynasty? I just did a rebuild with Duke and loved it, but I think I need an even smaller program.

I like a lot of uniform options and unique stadiums. UTEP, Memphis and San Jose St. fit the bill pretty nicely. Louisville is great too, especially plugged into the SEC.
