You lose once, you're next 50/50 loss in a row is now 75/25 for the glowing radiance. If you lose the 50/50 AGAIN, then your next non guarantee becomes a guarantee through the special wish glowing radiance. You have to lose 50/50's in a row for this to take effect. The ones that aren't guarantee Looking at this new wishing system, his luck is actually horrible with 50/50 but amazing with getting a 5 star chance.

Currently there's a lot of talk on bilibili about why the data on paimon moe shows Malauni at 50.98% (sample size 12255) rather than closer to the 55% advertised average rate discussed in the 5.0 Livestream. It is coincidentally also the lowest rates of 50/50 recorded in the history of Genshin.

People are saying that the capturing radiance doesn't work as they said, as far as i know, you need to lose the 50/50 two times in a row, after you lose 2 50/50 in a row(and after getting the 100% out of the way) just like iwtl did in this video, then you are guaranteed to get the capturing radiance thing.

From what they said on the banner the chance of getting Mualani is actually 50.50% You basically have: 45% getting the featured character outright 45% getting another character 10% triggering the new system Out of the 10%, 55% is the chance of getting the banner characters. If you multiply these two values you get a 5.5% chance of getting Mualani through the radiance. In summary the chance of getting her is the addition of the chance of getting her outright and through the radiance. In other words: 45% + 5.5% = 50.5% Imo this is a stupid increase that will only really affect the wales that get 5 starts more regularly. For the average player this is negligible.

I was at 20 pity, since last 50/50 win Furina. I pulled for Kachina on Mualani Banner, got Bennet and Mualani! I didn't get Kachina, I did 2 more wishes, again I got Mualani (C1)!! I didn't even need Mualani, and still didn't get Kachina. I pulled for Kachina on Kazuha's Banner, I was like there is no way I get Kazuha, did 10 Pulls and got Kazuha (C1)! and Bennet, I was shocked I got three 5 star characters in less than 30 pulls and won all three 50/50s!!
