I’m so glad you explained the tuning part correct. I can’t believe how many people screw that up.

@@zhickman338 It's pretty wild. Thanks for "tuning" in. 👊🏼

Chase the field point. Move the rest toward the field point. Rest controls trajectory of the arrow. Once broadhead is hitting with the field point then adjust the sight to get your center. The other solution is 2 two bows...one for field points and the other for broadheads.

Definitely some Dialed in Shooting. I would love to group consistently at 40 like you did at 80. Takes some time behind the bow using the right form etc… I am sure. Even though I prefer to be sub 30 or 40 yards it would be nice to have the skill to go further if absolutely necessary. Thanks 🙏 for sharing Josh and good luck 🍀 on your bear 🐻 hunt

@TheWVgoodguy22 Thanks! I'd prefer to be closer too. The confidence in equipment that grouping at longer range though is awesome.

Sevr, super accurate out to 120+ for fun of course to see the potential paired to 14.5 FOC

Always fun stretching the distance. Knowing you're dialed that far out instills a MASSIVE amount of confidence at the shorter ranges. Confidence kills! 👊🏼👊🏼

Western hunter and prefer spot and stalk. I have the SEVR 1.75 and Annihilator 125 both in my quiver to hunt anything from pronghorn to elk. Opening weekend for pronghorn in Idaho and I can't wait. Haven't had more frustratingly fun hunts than spot and stalk pronghorn. Best of luck this season and looking forward to more videos!

@sheyanderson4371 So cool! There's nothing like the anticipation of opening day knowing your gear is performing great. Good luck to you too and thanks!

Well , it was worth the early morning drive for sure. Seriously, some really good 80 yard shooting. On all my sighting in work I use vertical & horizontal lines but I only shoot to 60. That’s about as far as I can tell I where the pin really was at the break. 1” wide blue painters tape on a white background works great. Now, all you need is to find a good bear cause’ it appears you’re a “ Dialed in hunter”. 👍👍. Good video again.

The blue painters tape is so handy for this. I love those horizontal and vertical references and need to include that more into my routine. It'd probably help see inconsistency more. Well, Tim I just got back from a scouting trip and did indeed find a good'n. 😎

Im going to start a new bowhunting trend of videos. Its time to challenge ourselves on how close we can get. We've started this long range thing with archery... yawn !!! Up close and personal is a trend I'd love to see everyone challenge themselves with. The guys punching tags at spitting distance on average are the true masters of the craft.

I agree with you 100%.

Don't move your sight on a windy day. That was today's lesson. Not sure much else was taught here.
