I love curl formers and they do make a longer size, I was able to get them on Amazon. They are uncomfortable to sleep on unless you tie them up in a scarf over your head, which I usually do or I get up a bit early and try to wear them around the house (I have been seen in a few shops with them for quick errands) for a few hours. Also, if you squeeze the top opening to take them off, it doesn't pull your hair as much and helps keep down frizz...I also use a light leave-in conditioner or curl cream to help the curls last longer. 😊👩‍🦱🤩

I have been using those curlers for years now, I absolutely love them. They do come in sizes, for short and long hair (at least in the US they do). See if you can find them, I think the long ones have blue. ❤️
