Those truffles are essentially a Brazilian dessert called brigadeiros. My mother-in-law is Brazilian and makes these for special occasions. Always delicious!

We got a "crumbs"! Love that! The can opener thing...is conditional. If you need to drain the contents you can do it the jazzy way. If you want to only use a bit, you can do it the other way and put the top back on. Kinda cool!

The nigella fudge recipe uses just condensed milk and melted chocolate (then you can add any flavours you want) so easy and so yummy!

When I make them , i use 1 can of condensed milk and 400g of 60%+ chocolate (lindt id the best - also can use the flavored lindt bars) Break up the chocolate and stick it in the bowl with the condensed milk and microwave in small intervals and mix in-between. Then put in the fridge for 2-4 hours 👌

I make 2 ingredient truffles too, but I use chocolate (milk, dark, semi-sweet, whatever you like!) & heavy/whipping cream (a cream that has a very high milkfat ratio, I think it's callled something else in the UK). Heat cream until it starts to bubble, remove from the heat & stir in chopped-up chocolate of choice. Stir until chocolate is melted & fridge it for a while. Then you can scoop out bits & roll in your hands to make truffles! Roll them in cocoa or sprinkles or chocolate biscuit crumbs & you're golden! I bet you could even pour it into a clingfilmed bowl like you did these ones! Also, if you use a bit more cream, and let it cool a bit first, you can use this recipe to make a 'magic shell' type topping for ice cream that tastes FAR superior to the 'Magic Shell" topping you buy on the shelf! I think it might then be called a 'ganache'? Whatever it is, it's dead simple & tastes AMAZING!! Also good on cakes, haha, especially fridge cakes (& if you ever want to have THEE most divine no-bake cake, google 'alchemy in a biscuit' - it's been my go-to for parties for over a decade & I've even won dessert contests with it! Cream cheese is a good sub for thee mascarpone, and I've also done a mix of the 2!)

The little chocolate truffle is called Brigadeiro. It is a Brazilian typical desert and sweet. They are originally round shaped, but they can be shaped in many forms. I am Brazilian and I tell you that they will taste bomb with sprinkles. try it !
