I have used this primer and paint a lot, the nozzle is amazing, I do a lot of 3D printing, this primer is great for filling and sanding, When sanding to get a shiny finish up in to the 1000 grit range, this is the best. Congrats getting to 100 k. I have learned a lot watching your channel. I thank you sir.

Long time, first time. I've really enjoyed your videos over the past couple of years. I've been using Dupli-Color paints and primers for 15 to 20 years. I swear by them. The primers are super tough and can be buffed out to make them smoother if you like. I've actually used the primers with just a clear coat over them for some projects and it holds up beautifully.

Thanks for this! I used Duplicolor primer and paint on my 1:1 ‘41 Plymouth, and they are great. I haven’t tried the primer on a model car, yet, but now I will. I am about to try Duplicolor “Filler” prime (slightly thicker than the Sandible) on a 3D printed car to see if it will help lose some of the layering lines. Congrats on 100K!

Congratulations my friend on the big 100,000 also thanks to your channel. I finally did it purchased an airbrush Neoeco SJ83 I know it’s only a cheap side, but I’m just starting out and started customizing with multipurpose acrylic paints, and clear coats mixed up a batch of your recipe for cleaning out airbrush when using acrylic paints works absolutely splendid. Most of the paints I use are. Createx I really enjoy using an airbrush compared to the old spray bombs that I use to use. It seems like you get more satisfaction and naturally better detail work when using an airbrush. Anyway, thanks to your channel and you personally through your videos gave me the inspiration to move forward. I’ll wrap it up by saying thanks.

Congrat on reaching 100,000. I have been using DupliCokor primer for years. Their paint is awesome. Perfect Match is their paint brand. You can spray their paint over bare plastic with no side effect.

I'd jump at em but unfortunately here in Australia the cost is $90A which is around $62 US. I used the grey to prime the urn I designed and 3D printed for my grandma. Love working with this stuff way more than the Rustoleum I tried in the past. Doesn't clog up the sandpaper like the Rustoleum does either.

I have used the 2-N-1 Duplicolor primer for several years. I normally buy it at an auto parts store (# DAP1700 - Grey - Sandable and filler primer). I would say it's very similar if not the same to what you tested (different can maybe ?). I like it because of the many reasons you mentioned. The fan spray nozzle for one. Also I have used it on various types of models - metal, resin, vinyl, plastic, 3d printed, and it always sticks - no problem. Congratulations on the 100K subs !

This primer is amazing. Especially on uncommon materials like metal. Some softer vinyls it will be a little tacky like most solvent aerosol paints. Vallejo rattle cans have an optional fine nozzle that I really love.
