I recently got back into models again. I stumbled onto your channel about a month ago. The only air brush I ever had was a cheap genaric one that I bought about 40 years ago. It wasn't hardly any better than a spray can. Recently I bought a Gaahleri GHAD 39 after watching your review. I had also bought an Iwata NEO. I like the Gaahleri better because of the features. Yesterday I orderes a Gaahleri GHAC 98D since it was in sale. I've already bought five models to keep me busy as the weather turns colder. Thank you for the tips and knowledge that you share with your viewers.

Welcome back to the hobby my friend. You got yourself some great airbrushes now. I'm not the biggest fan of Neo airbrushes that's why you've never seen me using one. I got rid of it after a week. But these Gaahleri Airbrushes are very good. You'll love the pistol grip one for sure. Thanks for watching

@@barbatosrex9473 I can't believe that's your airbrush I was looking at it last night I saw it on Instagram I actually reached out to the company because they said there was a discount and the website doesn't give me the discount there's an issue with the site that keeps telling me to log in or else I would have bought it already trying to receive that code, but what a beautiful airbrush absolutely stunning and now that I know it's yours I'm totally buying it I'm a patreon member and a huge fan

The ones that were flat spray them with a gloss, it will give it a Different look. Sometimes I spray parts matt and then Metallic Then clear coat will tone the metallic chip down. I experiment with different paints all the time. Always Learning. I love these paint I just need bigger bottles.
@cakku02 Жыл бұрын
Really interesting effects! And many different looks depending on if you put it on light or heavy. The red gunpla piece, white and chrome backs got really solid rainbow reflections, while the light coat is nice for clear parts and such if you want to keep it transparent.

That black looked amazing. I bet it would look really nice over a candy dark purple. Or a high gloss deep purple

I play table top RPGs, and one of the games I play that is published by Palladium Books has a power armor unit called the " Glitter Boy " that is a scintillating, oil on water, silver chrome color, and this paint looks like it would be great for painting a GB mini with!

That stuff looks absolutely fantastic over your 2k gloss black. The difference between it and Alclad's gloss black base is amazing. You should try it if you haven't yet. It also looks very good over their bright silver candy base. You lose the chrome effect, but keep the rainbow effect.

Can this effect be created on a smaller micron size pigment? The effect looks cool but the size of the flake kills it for me.

18:05 Whomever is responsible for making labels like these needs to get a bit of a slap to wake them up. It's SO common and I just don't understand it. The ONE thing you want to be able to read clearly is written in tiny text and disappears into the background. Stuff like that drives me nuts.
