Testing Honeywell Flame Controls

My 7800 series is no longer detecting a flame signal. Shows zero voltage. I have changed the igniter and the flame rod. What should I check next?

Audio is a light light at times, but a good ed video . Plug in the relay flame rectify and I get pilot signal voltage 0.0 volts DC. No stand by or be anything else after relay is plugged into the sub base.
