The product that you said had 6 times the amount of THC shows that this piece is 100 percent misleading. There are numerous types of THC. Delta-8 and Delta-9. The limit is 5 mg of DELTA-9. YOu can have as much delta-8 as you want. The picture of the lab test on sample 'E' shows that the majority of the 32 mg of thc was Delta-8

Delta-8 is also said to be half as potent or less, so that 32 mg would in fact be 16. That's a high but not recklessly so for most people.

In NV there is label attached that shows the exact percentage of THC, etc on each package. So you know how much you are taking. People react differently to each dose, so start with a small amount, cutting the gummie in quarters and trying it one piece at a time, then wait an hour and see how you feel.

Could be wrong but I thought the farm act hemp bill allows for 0.3 % delta 9 thc by dry weight on the federal level. So for example if a treat weighs seven grams or so they can put quite a few milligrams in it.

This is a difference of state and federal law. You can order and have gummies mailed to you well beyond the 5mg limit as that would be interstate commerce. Products sold off the shelves physically in Minnesota are suppose to be at the 5mg limit. Obviously not the case here.

As a cannabis user of 20yrs plus I need around 300mg in an edible I definitely think they should be tested and it be labeled correctly I've had to take up to 1000mg when my Lyme was bad and there should be tighter regs on fake THC products as I've seen wat some of those are like and it's possible not safe to consume. I think it's important to keep the higher THC edibles but properly labeling is key some can't function on a large dose but others need it.
