I'm 65y/o. Papa Time has been less than kind to me. I suffer from chronic insomnia resulting from mumps encephalitis as a child, and chronic pain caused by arthritis, sciatica, multiple rib fractures, bone spurs, and degenerative spinal problems. I've been using Koi Delta 8 gummies for a couple of years. I take about 12.5 grams per night, (25mg cubes cut in half) letting the gummies dissolve under my tongue. They're NOT a cure-all and I don't cop any kind of a buzz from them; but I do sleep better, and the chronic pain is much more manageable.

@@vincemcmahon9867 Yes.. 68 here. I stopped using marijuana 40 years ago when the big corporations started random testing. Not worth losing my career over. Now I am retired. All I want to do is grow a plant, just one, for my own use. Then, I will know precisely what is in it. Then I can make my own edibles. However, owning a plant produces enough to be jailed for 10 years in Texas. Why can I just have one plant for personal use? Even in legalized states, you can't grow your own unique plant. So, I have to buy these "products." it seems like capitalism and state legislatures ensure you can't take care of yourself, and someone has to profit immensely. It's a plant that can fit in a pot, for Christ's sake. You have to BUY products of uncertain quality and ingredients. I don't get it.

Smoking marijuana (and cigarettes for a couple of years) when i was younger gave me COPD and exacerbated my asthma. So no smoking or burning matter for me at all. Hope these gummies will help with arthritic/spinal pain someday.
