Boston Whaler is known for making one of the most unsinkable boats on the water, but what happens when a crabber gets ahold of one? We needed to shred two boats to fit into a dumpster and one of them just so happens to be a Boston Whaler. We had the idea to cut the boat in half, attach an engine to it, and see if it would float. Lets see how well this boat holds up.

Very entertaining, Reminded me of my last day in high school, the electric shop teacher was giving us what he considered to be valuable off topic life lessons. #1, you can be driving as careful as possible, but if a cop walks up and knocks on your window while your driving home, you might just be getting a DWI. #2, just about anything with an outboard motor can be considered a boat, and if you do happen to be piloting an upside down picnic table you can still get a ticket for lack of registration.

It is reputed that this boatyard has never had problems with OSHA citations because every time an inspector shows up a spontaneous, fatal aneurysm occurs. They generally avoid the place now. It works out better for everyone that way.

We are crabbing now! This spring has been busier than ever and the crabs had a late start because of all the rain we have been having.
