Great review! As a 4C girlie, with the conditioner after I sat under my steamer for 20ish minutes, it definitely helped it penetrate better.

One reason people think these products are expensive is because the are heavy-handed. A little should go a long way, so when you add it up over time, you haven’t spent any more than on cheap products that don’t do the job.

I recommend detangling with the shampoo before the moisturizing conditioner. The shampoo has enough slip for detangling which is rare but a great surprise.

@saphire2214: When I'm not being lazy, I usually will do a prepoo with water & shampoo before getting into the shower but never thought about detangle with shampoo while in the shower. Thanks for the suggestion. I will definitely try it.

Thanks for the review. I enjoyed watching it. A lot of reviewers mention that emulsifying the products first before applying makes the application better and aids in penetrating.
