I JUST got mine yesterday! I was gonna go for the other option, but I really didn’t want to take my hood apart. I gave up on the idea, and then I saw that they added these to their lineup, so I went for it. I really like them. I got mine in Hydro blue and they really upgrade the look. I got the keyhole covers too. Super clean look.

Guys, love how some of your vehicles are really color matched wells. I have a Jeep JT Mojave in Hydro Blue, and looking for descent accent color themes. what are your thoughts, I really like the covers item, but wanted to accent with those.

I think too much color matched stuff makes it look cheap, sorry just my opinion. Like you said to each their own and you need content so I get it.

Man, I have a bikini rubicon too! The thing I hate is my fenders aren’t paint matched 😭 I’ve come to terms with it, but I’ve been deciding if I want to make it two-toned. I really like the idea of bikini and metallic gold. I need to get rid of the 4xe rubicon lettering for my jeep name… but we’ll see. Thanks for the update and good products!!

I feel like the jeep needs some black stuff on it to break up all that color. Too much color matched just doesn’t look good to me which is why I think I’m not a fan of the high altitudes. Just my opinion tho

I understand that the JL & JT Jeeps are all the craze now. I really wish that these companies (Distinction Applied for example) would not ignore the millions and millions of other jeep owners. I’d be willing to bet that there are more JK owners then the new model. Not only that since the JK owners don’t have the “brand new” vehicle. There are more eager to do more customizing. I do like a lot of the color matched item you are putting on. But it is typical and very annoying that quite of bit of the companies that make products for jeeps. Ignore the past models. Or at the very least, don’t promote them as heavily. I know that you guys have advertised about possibly getting an older model Jeep. Like the JK. I would kinda advise against it based on this. A lot of the newer companies out there don’t produce products For the JK. Or if they do, it makes up about one percent of their overall production. I wish this wasn’t the case. Because I do like your video content. It would be cool to see what you would do to a JK, or later model. Keep up the awesome videos. On a sidenote. You should take your wife’s vehicle and do something cool to it. Lol if she’d let you.

This is a very valid point, i will be honest a lot of companies focus on the modern vehicles as the owners normally are willing to invest more into them. HOWEVER there is a ton of older model owners who are constantly modifying them, if not more than the new guys

@@DIRTROADCRED I agree. I understand why companies focus on the new models from the vehicle manufacturers. But, more than almost any other type of vehicle. The Jeep Wrangler is probably one of the most modified vehicles on the market. To prove that point. I don’t know of anyother model of vehicle that still has companies making aftermarket accessories for older models dating back as far as they do for the Jeep Wrangler. That being said. Most companies are in business to make money. It just seems complete opposite when you see companies, not just the one in your video, but others who put out videos and or other content emphasizing only on the new vehicle. Even if they do make older parts for models like the JK. I did reach out to one of these companies. I asked them why they emphasized only on the JL and JT models. When they put out products for the older generations as well. If you could read the negative comments that that company made. I would guess you would probably wouldn’t even buy from them anymore. I know I’m not. Like I said, I do like both of you and your cameraman and the content you guys put out. I just know that you were talking about getting a JK. On one hand I think that would be cool. But on another hand, I’m wondering if you would be able to find the support from aftermarket companies Like you do with your brand new model Wrangler. By that I mean. If I’m going to purchase something from a company that makes parts for Ford, Chevy, and Jeep. But they only put out commercials and content videos on Chevy products. Most people wouldn’t even consider purchasing jeep or Ford products from them. So if I were to apply that to a company that makes Wrangler products. But they only push and promote the new models.One would be hesitant on purchasing from that company if you didn’t own the brand new Wrangler.
