Awesome little saw! I would suggest looking up and building a simple sliding table jig for the saw. I have used one for decades on my full-sized table saw. You will be amazed how it will keep all your cuts 90 degrees and eliminate the tear-out you were getting. Have fun and keep up the good work!

That's a seriously good tool. Did not expect to see everything that its built to do for that cost bracket. Nice build, too, shows off how much it speeds builds up. Thanks for the pointer!

New sub here:) Thanks so much for this video. My sister bought me this same saw for my birthday. I have never used anything other than a Dremel, so needless to say I was a bit nervous. Your directions are very straight forward and now I can't wait to use mine. Thanks again!!!

It is not a problem since the saw is that small and the material is very small. it is mostly small dowels and coffee stir sticks and sometimes balsa wood

had to laugh when you spent time setting up the saw and putting individual lolipop sticks through then in the following scene just snipped them flush with snips at about twice the speed of the saw 😆

The side cutter does not make very nice cuts, and i could not put the whole model through the saw :-)
