Great review does she have Nutrition information for recipes in the book? I have tried recipes from her blog. I love her stuffed pepper soup.

Pro tip: you can sub canned white (Cannellini) beans for the cashews in any plant based recipe, sweet or savory, at a 1:1 ratio (1 c drained & rinsed white beans= 1 c soaked cashews.) And they're cheaper, more accessible, & they have much less fat- wins all around!✨

My food processor has a blade for grating...and I still don’t like grating zucchini 😝 I’m so glad y’all tried this cookbook. It’s been on my wishlist since it came out!

I don't get it, why would you not like to grate zucchini ? (I usually put grated zucchini in a lot of my meals and have never seen the struggle...) I just want to know why you hate that 😉 Hahahh

Haha the extra effort gets us every time... It's a really good book!

@@TwoMarketGirls Hahhah But is it a thing ? (To hate grating zucchini especially...) Or is it just grating things like carrots or other vegetables ? Maybe I sound dumb but I'm curious Hahahh It seems to me like the most simple way to "cut" vegetables rapidly and add texture to dishes but maybe it's a pain in the ass for a lot of people, I don't know! 😉 (For the food processor I get it because it's annoying to wash it all after but a "cheese grater" is easy to clean I think) I'm really just wondering 😊

I found her Pad Thai recipe online. I think it's the only recipe I have tried. It was amazing. I was making it regularly for a while. My food processor has a grating attachment, but it's so much more work cleaning the food processor, so I usually hand grate.

Nice! It is really good! Haha something about grating vegetables just feels so exhausting no matter what

just made these. I added all kinds of spices to the batter and I really liked it . I love that I am getting protein in just by switching out the flour! Will be making again

Ladies, can you recommend any other vegan GF cookbooks?

Do you have the „Rawsome“ cookbook? I would love to see vegan + gluten-free cookbook reviews. I’m new to veganism.
