We appreciate you even if you’re family are mean about your beautiful food at times!! They should be grateful for a) a vegan man and b) one that can cook!! Your a rare blossom!! No one can afford pine nuts! Last time I bought a handful from the bulk barn it was $20 and basil is also so expensive for a large amount and dies really quickly. Spinach is probably less bitter.
@pbwithjeremy Жыл бұрын
Thanks :) To be fair they're negative about other people's recipes often. But I'd rather them be honest even when I'm making something up - they certainly appreciate me in lots of ways :) And yeah - pine nuts are crazy expensive. We try to grow our own basil, so that helps!

I purchased this magazine in June. I was so disappointed in the recipes - only a few looked appetizing. I'm so glad you created this video because I'll now try the PB & chocolate smoothie (I probably will drink it as a smoothie), chocolate raspberry brownie bites, and maybe a couple others! Just my 2 cents but...of all the vegan cookbooks I have, I find the ones that surpass them ALL are the How Not to Die Cookbook and the How Not to Diet Cookbook. Oh, the Plant Power Bowls book is pretty awesome, too. The FOK, Esselstein books, and most of the others I have don't have enough flavor to compete against years of the SAD-eating/ lifestyle. I found your channel yesterday, and I've been binging ever since! Your videos are very honest and helpful. Thank you to you and your family!

We're working on both of those things in future videos, so hopefully that helps.
