Thank you, Leon will eat ANYTHING lol there are things he struggles with but he will try it all, I have had all different hair lengths from above my ears to below my waist and I really like it right in the middle just below my shoulders, John also has had several different hair lengths from shaved to current and he would cut if he had to but he mostly just wants to trim it every now and then and let it grow

I've been meaning to ask u something Jody or John since Leon doesn't like to wear his braces that much why don't u put knee pads on him since he isn't walking yet .I see his little knees are so red .I wouldn't want him to cut his little knees on a little rock or something outside .Its just a suggestion.😍

How much do u have to give him food through his tube? And do u have a doctor that would help him in Florida if u needed help?

Every day is different but he usually get all his liquids in his tube and that is 2 cups of milk and 3 cups of water, he also usually get his dinner in his tube which is about 12 ounces of food plus water.

We do signs with him but just basic signs (baby signs) he doesn't do any by himself but if we do certain signs he can recognize them and sometimes repeat them

Thank you! We use to live in Charleston WV right on the outside of the city but our address was still Charleston. We LOVE it wayyyy more in Florida! The only thing we miss is our family and the familiarity of WV but we are slowly learning where everything is here and it feel more and more like home here every day AND we are slowly convincing some people from our family to move down here.

My husband lived on Florida for a while in new Smyrna beach I want to live in the country side no more city life for me. Lol

Certain areas of WV aren't bad but I would never recommend it to anyone lol, in the area we lived in Charleston yes jobs are bad, school systems are bad, and the community was full of drugs. Our family is spread all over WV and most parts are like that but you can get lucky.

I am not sure if there are different kinds but yes Leon has AFOs and they are just plastic braces that help support his ankles. What design are you getting? There are soooooooo many cool designs.

Veronica Cupitt if they go to the knee they’re KAFO’s( knee, ankle, foot orthotics) There’s 3 types of braces for the legs AFOs(ankle foot orthotics which is what Leon uses) KAFO(knee ankle foot orthotics which goes up to the knee or a little above) HKAFOs( hip knee ankle foot orthotics which goes all the way up to right above the pelvis)

Even if he had structural ears he wouldn't have the kind of hearing aid that goes in the ear, the only type that works for him is the bone anchored hearing aid so it would either be on a band or implanted behind his ear
