I used the Pebeo vitrea 160 markers to paint a mug and a teapot, I did a lot of research before hand and a lot of people said the 160 was the way to go over the 150 not sure if that's true or not? I found that after about 10-20 washes in the dishwasher the design on my mug got sticky and the paint started to flake off. As for the teapot I don't use it a ton and I hand wash it, the design has held up better but is also starting to get sticky and flake as well. I hope you have better luck than me with the 150 your design is so cute! I also found out you can use alcohol and a cotton swab to fix mistakes, just let it evaporate before you go over that spot again, Anyway that's been my experience with ceramic pens hope you have better luck than me and I'm looking forward to Halloweek it'll be fun to see what you come up with!

I have a very similar problem. When I use painted with porcelain 150 mug and use it for hot drinks, after some time paint softens and get slightly sticky and then it's easy to scrape it off(( Sometimes baking again help, but then it softens again.

Great video, never used a special marker, this could be a great idea for homemade gifts! I would love it, if you did a DIY on how to make a storage thing for potatoes! I just have mine in the bag in the cupboard, and it is horrible having to lift the whole bag out for a few potatoes! 😊

I had the same thing happen to my porcelain marker: the tip just fell out. Very strange. But at least you can still access the paint from the marker.

georgina87 yes it will, i have done before and it does wash off over time if you hand wash it even if you’re gentle.
