In regards to the oven playing up, have you checked it with an oven thermometer? It’s been a game changer for me as I didn’t realise my oven was cooking 50°c higher than what it was set at! Since I’ve known that I’ve been able to adjust accordingly and everything bakes so much better. Yours might be fine but just thought I’d mention it x

I have and still having issues getting that fudgey . I can’t seem to get the ratio right with the flour they are still coming out cakey . How much flour did you take out to get the fudgy brownie

I use my own brownie recipe for my orders, it’s sold on my website and lots of people say it’s the perfect fudgy recipe :)
