Y’all can do the bag sealing with a good ol’ lighter & pinch it with your fingers or the other end of the lighter!!

@ use a regular lighter & run the flame along the edges of plastic ‘til they’re singed or lightly melting. You can quickly pinch both sides of the plastic shut in between your fingers (might burn you though) or use the end of the lighter against the countertop (or table, anything flat that’s around you) & press the singed ends closed that way. I’m not gonna lie & say I haven’t burned myself a time or two- that’s why using the lighter, or any 2 objects really, to clamp the plastic together.

I think 1 big problem with the outfit is that in the original, the jeans were a lighter colour and high waisted and close fitting + the top was a crop top The changes may seem small but the cropping and the close fit + light colour was essential to making the outfit look better. The crop and tightness of the top and bottom would give body shape even with the plaid over shirt Similarly, the lighter jeans would have helped made the outfit look brighter - the current darker jeans when paired with a dark over shirt makes the outfit look much duller
