Cool! I’ve thought about trying the same thing since finding HowNOT2. Now I’m curious about the forces on the anchor. Trying to estimate how big of a tree/rock/paddler I need to attach the anchor to would be interesting.

How do you lose progress capture with a 3:1 with vector? The capture is already captured when you start the vector pull, isn't it?
