My grandmother washed her face with Ponds cold cream and also Ponds face cream as a moisturizer (no plug). I remember her bathroom containing only these 2 products. Maybe it was genetics, but all her life until the day she died, her skin looked like a baby’s skin. Funny Isn’t it, we all look for the holy grail of cleansers and moisturizers, and there are so many. I’m not putting down any product, I’m just saying that for her, being poor, she found her holy grail. Miss you Grandma.

If you really rub it into your hairline and wash it off with warm water instead of a wet towel you don't need a second cleanser or toner. Toner anyways just dry your skin since most of them are ethanol based.

A cleansing balm that directs you to avoid around the eye area is ridiculous. Eye makeup is typically the thickest, most pigmented cosmetic one puts on their face. If I can't use it directly on my lashes it's useless. Ponds works well but I won't buy it again unless they change that fakey scent. It almost induces a headache. @@NataliaPessoaXOXOMAKE I like it because it's so easy to work with, especially if you're new to cleansing balms and/or double cleansing. Some of the ones in this video she mentioned were difficult to move around or were waxy or left a residue after... Tony Moly isn't like that at all. The best way I can describe it is that it almost feels like a creamy face wash in a semi-solid form. It moves easily around the face and comes off completely with water without that residue. If I ever have difficulty getting makeup off (especially mascara/waterproof makeup), I rub Tony Moly onto the difficult makeup and let it sit for about 30 seconds. That's all it takes to loosen it up enough to cleanse right off. Not to mention is smells peachy but not in an overwhelming or fake perfumey way 😍🍑

@@cm_mb Hi! I believe that Koreans first use oil base cleanser, wipe it off with a tissue, then rinse it off with a water base cleanser. That’s why I was surprised when I saw the video. @@Michellehjj oh, I've used the Makeup Eraser to wipe off as well. I only use that to wipe off a heavy balm, like Albolene or Take Off the Day. I like the oil cleanser better. It has a thinner consistency and it rinses easily, so over time, I stopped wiping it off. I'm not aware of the Korean method, but I suppose it wouldn't be wrong either way, as long as it's followed by a second cleanse. Since I started using a cleansing oil or balm a few years ago, I stopped using disposable wipes. Watching videos like this is informative and I learn about new products. Hopefully, more people will be inspired to stop buying wipes.
