Hey guys!! Today I swapped my favorite Trader Joes items with Carrie Rad! We tested trader joes groceries which are some of our favorite foods after we went shopping together at Trader Joes and hauled a bunch of heathy food. I love doing healthy hauls and food hauls from Trader Joes! Trader Joes is one of my favorite places to shop for food, it's easy, healthy, fast, fun and convenient...
If you're a fan of whole foods, sprouts or other health food stores, you will probably like this video and trader joes... Trader joes also carries a lot of yummy junk food that isn't so healthy for you... like specialty items from around the country... but they also have a ton of healthy options.
Today we got, Bebela, pesto with quinoa, Mediterranean white bean hummus with orgeano ,fresh cold pressed green veggie juice, whole grain pita chips , truffle almonds, dried sea weed , strawberry liquorice from darrell lea , japanese strawberry mochi and salsa especial! Reasons why I heart TJ's: 1. I've literally never bought a single item from there that wasn't amazing. 2. They have great pricing always, meaning that they don't have sales (which can sometimes be a bit confusing) so everything is always reasonably priced. 3. Their staff is always helpful and super friendly. 4. I've heard (please don't quote me on this) that they don't carry any items that contain GMOs. 5. Two Buck Chuck (one of their brands of wine for only $2.99!) 6. COOKIE BUTTER!!!

In case you were wondering what Mochi is. It is a Japanese cake dough that's made from sweet rice that's been grounded. The end result is this sticky cake that you can any filling to it and the popular one would be red bean filling and the flour is to keep it from sticking anything. Hope this help!

for those of you that like savory breakfast items and want vegan/vegetarian option. toast english muffin (with no milk product in it), spread hummus, add that TJ olive tapenade on top of hummus. I also add cucumbers or tomatoes if I have them. sprinkle with red pepper flakes. If I don't have olive tapenade, I use capers.

I work at Trader Joe's. You need to try the new salted caramel gelato. It's incredible. The new Kona cookie mocha ice cream is awesome too. Older favorites that are really great are the dark chocolate covered honey grahams with sea salt, mixed nut butter with sliced apples, the wild blueberry and vanilla goat cheese, and the palak paneer with garlic naan.
