For the eyebrows, a white cream base with eyeshadow patted over the top looks better. I used to have pink/blue/red gradient hair and I did my eyebrows to match with the illamasqua white cream they used to make, then gradient eyeshadows over the top and they were super bright! Colour straight over top of dark brows looks muddy as you guys know haha
