The cauliflower recipe is not something new in South Asian culture and it's something that's made quite easily. It's more crunchy when rice flour is used and fried in oil, but everyone makes it differently. So glad you made them Tina !!

As someone who has to be gluten free, I love all the rice paper recipes - especially the dumpling ones because you can put anything in them. I've tried putting spring roll and samosa filling in them and I've also made mozarella cheese sticks with them which was so good!

@@otherjulie Yep thats the brand I use too! It can be a little expensive compared to some other brands but as I'm the only celiac in my household I don't go through it very quickly and the rest of my family uses the regular soy sauce from aldi. Technically it wasn't ramen. I don't know why people think all instant noodles are ramen. Even if they were ramen noodles, without soup it isn't ramen. :-P Indomie is stir-fry noodles, so not the same as ramen noodles. Remember, ramen is a two part dish: noodles and soup. The noodles on their own don't count as ramen.

I would do an honest 5-10 more minutes for the cauliflower. Those veggies like the cauli, broccoli, celery, carrots, can retain a lot of water just naturally. So the first 10 mins is dehydrating and the next 10-15 is really crunching them up!!! I would def try ‘em again 🙌🏽🙌🏽 This was such a fun video to watch!!!
