about the first product you guys used: that's called 'italian viscose towel' in Korea. A korean guy invented that and they use it in Korea after a good steam in steam bath houses. that's how you get all the big gunks to appear. Take a warm shower first and do not use any moisturizing soap or body wash on your body, then use the viscole towel. they are also color coded; pink - mild (used for face) green - moderate (for whole body) yellow - strong (for feet) hope this helps!

Just to introduce an older version. The cloth in question, has been used for hundreds of years in many middle eastern countries including Iran. In Iran it is called "Lif" and is used after a steamy long bath (Hamam). Traditionally they were made from natural fibers like wool but more recent versions are from knitting yarn.

I still use makeup wipes, but I still double cleanse after using them. The problem with them is that, besides being bad for the environment after you throw them away(I'm trying to be better, I swear😭), is that they really only remove that top layer from your skin and still leave a bunch of makeup in your pores. I'm trying to quit them, but they're still pretty convenient for removing my eye makeup before doing my double cleanse.

The "korean exfoliater" we use that traditionally in morocco like every week or so as the main part of our "hammam" since ages and it works better with hot water and black soap
@RookieCookieBunny3 жыл бұрын
In turkey too, people used to do that. Hammam means public baths in turkey and we dont really have them anymore but we do use soap (olive oil soap in the area i live in) with that exfoliator while taking a bath.

You have to use the Korean exfoliating mitt after you’ve been in the warm shower for a while. They’re so awesome, definitely give them a try, really cheap price too.

These 2 are hilarious!!! I always go back and rewatch them when I need a good laugh! Low key reminded and impressed at James' break down the product, what it does, and how it works. His explanation was well executed and you cansee his professionalism when hes serious. *(@**7:36** I was like "Hmmm.. okay. I get you! Well done!)*

Things that I would like to see on the next launch of your merch site: 1. A ‘Jackie’ jacket just in time fall/winter 2. Skinup warped/funhouse hand mirror with a frosted glass handle 3. ‘Sometimes hair’ microfiber headband/hair towel 4. The potato that James cut in the last 5minute Kraft video 5. A soundtrack compilation of all the giggles

I absolutely love that L’Oréal powder. However, I use it with a brush and just lightly over regular liquid foundation and it helps make it last all day, even under a mask!!!

Today was a really hard day at work as many of my coworkers got laid off. Even though I was one of the lucky ones, I still felt so sad. I came home and watched your videos…I laughed so much… it lifted my spirit.. told my girl friend and she thanked me.. she said she cried for a good reason, because you both made her forget for a while what a hard day this was.. thank you both. Please continue doing what you do, you are such a blessing! Much love from California ❤

When y’all laugh together in unison it reminds me of Little chipmunks that are getting into trouble. I literally cannot help but smile and laugh too. 😂😂

FYI the exfoliating washcloths work best if you use it at the end of a shower or bath. Ideally you soak in warm water so the dry skin gets all waterlogged then it will pill when you scrub with the cloth like in the TikTok. The more frequently you exfoliate, the less dramatic the effect/results. It’s common to do in Korean bath houses after soaking in the hot water for a while.

Those mits are from Japan and are designed to work after you’ve been in a warm shower or after a bath when your skin in really warm and moistened. Then omg the skin that comes off . They don’t work properly if you just use them on damp skin that hasn’t been thoroughly moist and warm and prepped
