Butter board : use room temperature butter, try whipping it a few times in the mixer and it will be fluffy and smooth for the board. Never use butter from the fridge. Amazing video ❤

Yess definitely needs to be soft butter! Also the flavours Tina and Zen used maybe didn't really go together too well. I would say stick with some flavour combos, and definitely salt butter somehow

For the pizza, you can swap the burrata for bocconccini cheese, it’s a bit cheaper. Slice them up . Both should be at room temperature. It’s my favorite pizza. I even make it on naan bread
