Tomatoes and feta should bake for 30 min, no blending just mix it up when done to keep chunky bits of Tomatoe, and add fresh Basil.. Basil makes big difference 😁

I think the noodle that u use for the spicy noodle are pad thai noodle which are use for stir fried and it is rice noodle. The other recipe she use Taiwanese noodle that are made of wheat which taste absorb the chili sauce a lot better without having to stir fried on the pan like the thai noodle

I made a vegan version of the feta pasta and it was delicious! I used a piece of the Violife Feta, some tofu (that I had to use up) and a big piece of the Violife Epic Mature Cheddar (the one in the block form). Added a bunch of herbs/seasonings (italian seasoning, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried oregano, a little bit of nooch, etc), & added a *good* amount of evoo, and tomatoes; sooooo good! Also, you hair looks amaaaaazing!!

I actually prefer the other version of the feta cheese recipe which is mushrooms, red onions, a few whole garlic cloves, spices and, of course, the feta. Then I add it just like that to my pasta and also add some spinach afterwards for crunch. Yum!
