You know... Thinking about it... I don't think we've ever had a single constellation do so much for a character as C6 does for Faruzan. Was realizing while making a list of EVERYTHING that it does. * 40% Crit damage is already constellation worthy. * It increases her damage SIXFOLD on average. Your rotation changes from E-CA and creating a single Pressurized Collapse to simply Q and getting SIX free Pressurized Collapses. * It reduces her required field-time. And automates her, no more aiming CAs, etc. * The collapses give her permanent off-field CC. * Triples her energy generation, the six collapses generate 3 sets of anemo particles for the duration of her burst. All six trigger her C4, which increases her energy generation even further. (Going from needing literally 300%+ ER on her, to sitting around 175-200% depending on comp/rotation time.) * The C6 off-field collapses are considered skill damage. So C6 also enables her to be an amazing Tenacity of the Millelith user with full uptime on the buff.

@@LuminousSpace I don't even tap E. It doesn't give energy unless you're running Fav and get a crit on the initial hit. Only the actual charged shot gives energy. And if you're C6, you don't need to do them yourself. Just Q and all the energy is given without needing to do anything on her. Regardless of where the pressurized collapses come from, her C6 or her e > CA, they're on a 6 second shared ICD for giving energy.

Fun in overworld for faffing around and especially exploration. Not bad but pretty disappointing for a harbinger or ex-harbinger or whatever. Right now he feels like a test drive for potential underwater/flying combat...maybe... His lack of stagger resistance makes him feel like a playable flying mushroom/specter where the slightest touch makes em ragdoll everywhere. Truly he is Bongohead 2. With his hat he's Cymbalhead.

Hell naw this abyss sucks ass for him. fcking thunder bird on 2nd chamber just keeps dashing away, wasting stamina. First chamber doggos keeps melting everything, easier to handle with a grouper. HOWEVEEEERR Having a grouper does jackshit against the drake, which also does a tail spinning attack that LITERALLY PUSHES HIM AWAY LIKE 4 METERS with its own hitbox (even with shield, i was punching air both in-game and irl). Had really fast clear times on his artifact domain tho. That was nice ig.

He works in teams that do not need EM that much. For example Wanderer, Fischl, Beidou, Bennett/XIngqiu. Another reason is that while Sucrose is awesome in AoE her teams kinda suck in single target. Wanderer is not bad in both single target and AoE. His personal damage is just way higher than Sucrose as a driver. Essentially, Wanderer is super flexible and he is awesome in overworld. In comparison Cyno sucks in overworld. His artifacts are super flexible as he can use VV set and many others. He is actually kinda similar to Ayato. Not the best at anything but very solid.

The other members of your party contribute to damage, he doesn't have to do the job alone. I find him very fun as a driver anemo dps, spamming elemental reactions with swirls and vivi shreds. Loving perma freeze currently!

I already have SA and LP from the standard banner so didn't go for the weapon. Dendro outside of aggravate doesn't interest me much, so it was easy to save up. Just don't pull every time you get a wish or on every banner.

@@mintaroum.9096 not really, yoimiya doesnt have any hitlag because hitlag doesn't apply to ranged weapon (with the exception childe elemental skill cuz he becomes a melee) but im not sure with heizou which basically a catalyst melee since i haven't tested yet. Wanderer however is a ranged catalyst so it would be weird for wanderer to have hitlag so im pretty sure he just has slow NA attack (thats why his artifact increase NA atk speed and his bis weapon increase NA atk speed as well)

@@jehezz oh i forgot to say that hitlag is significant when it comes to attacks with aoe animation too. bow's normal attack's animation is little to none, so that's why we can feel a hitlag. also hitlag sometimes dont necessary means "slowed attack", for example when you strike 2 quick attacks but only 1 deal dmg, that counts as hitlag too.

The worst thing is that Scaramouche with his flying mechanism is obviously being sold as a solution for problem that doesn't exist yet. 3.4 will have another Sumeru expansion + world boss, you can bet that it's going to be tailored 100% for him. 3.6 has yet another expansion and there are new enemies who could be worse than spectres. Hell even Fontaine enemies could be tailored for Scaramouche as well to sell him in his rerun before 4.0 They didn't give him flying 'kit' for fun or to attract his simps. They intend to bring more stingy enemies and bosses who can be effectively killed by Scaramouche. Same case with Yoimiya effectively hitting spectres or Yae Miko with her totems hitting ruin serpent while in underground.

I honestly use Wanderer without Faruzan. I have no desire to build up another Sara-like character with even worse ER mechanics. I use Wander with XQ/Yelan and his mom. I have zero desire to farm out another domain where I really only want one set and it would only really be used by him so... he's VV shred dps. Kinda fun to go from his E attacks to his burst right to Raiden's burst and everyone has energy up ready for the next rotation.

Anemo units always have high scaling, it's just ignored for their support capabilities/lack of res shred/dmg% sources. Xiao with Zhongli res shred increases his damage by A LOT and that's just 20%. Swirl-able big damage is much more seen since buffs are way more accessible. Though a x6 increase with buffs is a whole other level lol.

But yeah, generally speaking, the combination of bursts and elemental reactions, coupled with Bennett's burst being OP, while transformative reactions generally aren't great, all pushed things that way.

Playing him with c6 faruzan feels so much better (I was lucky enough to c6 her before his c2). Not only it generates enough energy for the wanderer and herself, she can also group mobs quite consistently off field which helps a lot with his CA spam. Not to mention the bonus 40cdmg on anemo.

That Geovishap is also my DPS test dummy. If I can't one phase it with a specific team, then I won't use that team for the abyss. Ayato Hyperbloom passed the test but my Wanderer with Faruzan team sadly didn't. That's why for now, Wanderer team will be staying in the Over world where he shines.

Originally her Shenhe-like passive that increases the base damage of an anemo hit scaled with total attack. Then they changed that to Base attack. My guess is that it was meant to improve that but then they didn't change it after changing how that passive works.

You can lack buffs from his passive - from elements interacting with anemo, if there are no enemies or something, you can use. But still, geo resonance is great, Zhongli has best shield and Yunjin with cons is better buffer than Benny. So I think it's still pretty good. Only - you obviously can't use many CA for AoE.

Aoe is Xiao's specialty though so with Faruzan + extra particles from killing things that'll be really good. While you can use Scara for CA aoe spam, never auto, never dodge to proc his ascention passive, etc. that's not really his role, just like how you can use Xiao on a single target, but that's not his role.

I was using sucrose to generate a ton of particles for him before, didn't think Faruzan would be enough, but I'll see. Xiao is also run with ZL but that was in part for the shred which wouldn't be needed as much with Faru. Scara doesn't need a shield exactly, XQ's swords were enough for me. I would much rather use Scara for single target than Xiao, doing jet on him is tiring and feels weird for me.

C6 Faruzan is the biggest difference. Scara's C1 and C2 are nice and sort of like a free bonus that comes with getting her to C6 lol. He doesn't need his sig weapon that much, with LP, SA, or R5 Widsith he's good to go. Just keep in mind what stats he'll be gaining from his e when you build a team. With LP Rosaria's burst will probably get him over 100% CR, Bennet adds a metric ton of atk% so SA is slightly less valuable with him, etc. I would still use either of the standard banner 5* catalysts over r5 widsith. I hate how much variation there is with widsith and how much downtime the effect has, especially with how much field time Scara wants. That's a me thing though, it's a solid weapon on him.

Often when I make use of many characters' AoE, I remember how nice it is that ones like Xiangling and Ganyu can center their AoE perfectly on crowds instead of auto-targeting. Beidou also gets around variability nicely without having an actually huge AoE, it's nice that she does work with Wanderer too, and Wanderer himself could also pop off when the ~2 targets do group tightly. I haven't gotten to the TF Faruzan portion yet btw., but wtf. If this is remotely viable and not a pain to play I'm doing it.

Yae's damage was never an issue regardless of Dendro's existence. Her main problem was just how her skill took too much field time, while also not giving i-frames despite her poor base health. At C0 she's comparable to Fischl, which might be sad to say because Fischl was free, but Fischl herself is pretty broken. She is clunky to play, but there was never a point in time in which her damage was considered disappointing.

There is my own suggest: what about to try playing skara+faruz+diona(2bolid+2millilit)+Rosaria(4 noble) We will have +15%CR for cryo resonance +25%CR Scara ascension +15%CR Rosaria ultimate +20%CR permanent E Cryo absorb In total 75% free CR (without rolls in arts) We can take CD circlet and roll +20% CD on each artifact but circlet (someone can roll 30-40% CD in artifact substats) Also we take the Widsith And in total we receive: easily 75+% CR 300+ CD Rosaria noble atc baff And if Faruzan c6 we also receive additional 40% CD for free…

Hey ppl, just remember that that same account had a 98/148 Xiao performing better than the 100/200 Scara. As a 2yo player if I were to get one of the two with Faruzan in a team, I would choose Xiao ngl. I do not have either Xiao or Scara. Its just sad how bad feels to watch his hypercarry team with 5* weapons performing barely ok, Im not sad cuz he is not a powercreep for Hutao or something, Im sad cuz with that high lvl of investment he performs the same as like, idk c0 4* blacksmith wep Itto with Zhongli and Gorou. On top of those combat problems, they made gliding on overword too damn expensive, you fly for only 2s dude and dont even try holding space for more than 2 frames, even Yelan's E is better at moving fast. It also cant be casted while on air so... fuck his utility I guess... As a driver, Sucrose exists so theres literally 0 reasons to play with him if you want a strong unit on your account. As someone who played the 1.1 event, kinda hurts seeing what mihoyo did with him after 2 years.
