For the DQ, since you took it home, you could have ordered a quart of soft serve, and asked for the cones separate. Or bought the cones from the grocery store, which are basically the same thing. That way you wouldn't have soggy, chewy cones when you finally mixed it together.

You can also put them upside down in the cup and then stick them in the freezer to firm up as long as you don't leave it too long the cones should be fine.

It’s mostly ice cream and a little milk in a blender and mixed until it’s has a nice, thick consistency. Affogato is vanilla ice cream drown in Espresso. If you like coffee it’s delicious! 😋

Baja blasts are great as a drink with its ice. No idea if they'd work for a float though. A float is ice cream in a soda. You do NOT mix it up till the ice cream or soft serve becomes liquid. "Give it a little stir" means little, gentle, and one stir, like the girl did in the video with her straw. It should not have been mixed into the liquid like that. Overall, it looks like the baja blast was allowed to get warm, and the soft serve was melting, which messed up the ability to make a proper float.

Girl! You can get chocolate shell at the grocery store! My ice cream of choice is vanilla bean with chocolate shell on it and I'm addicted. The Hersheys hardens better but the Smuckers is richer and creamier. I may have a problem... 🤔

I can't do sour cream at all. I think cream cheese frosting would of gone better. Because we make fried tortilla strips with our flour tortillas I make and use cinnamon sugar, then the cream cheese frosting to dip.

16:00 it is a cheap version of an italian dessert called an affagato (sp) which is a really good espresso shot poured over ice cream. It is better that way than a shot over a mid milkshake.

I've been assuming that 'baja' is a fruit (or a specific combination of fruits) and that a 'baja blast' is either juice or a smoothie; like how mixed fruit juice is called 'fruit punch'. This isn't a recipe hack so much as a utensil hack: use chopsticks to eat popcorn or cheetos, so you don't get butter or cheese powder all over your fingers. Very handy for if you're also using your phone/computer while snacking!

You can actually order a coffee milkshake at Dairy Queen. I worked at a Dairy Queen as a shift leader/ manager for 5 years and got people to order a coffee shake and then that is all they get. It is a regular milkshake with a coffee concentrate blended in and it is even better with chocolate syrup added to it

Last time we got taco bell, my husband snuck those cinnamon twists in as a treat for me (it's something he does sometimes. Food is his love language so he will get me a surprise treat to say he loves me. Especially if he thinks it's something I'd enjoy.) and it was my first time trying them. I will say that they are something that gets better the more you eat them. I wasn't impressed with the first bite, but by the end I was wishing I had more. I did not dip them in anything, though.
