There’s always oral testosterone. Kyzatrex is cash only and affordable. The ultimate micro dosing is twice daily, which is how you dose Jatenzo/Kyzatrex. I have boxes of syringes and zero need for them.

I differently enjoy the way Felix just gets right to the point. I really like all of his information and content he puts out. I do daily SubQ and it works well for me so far. However I do plan on playing around a bit with a different frequencies, just to see if there’s an improvement. Won’t know if I don’t try.

What I want to try is both daily and likely every 3-4 days for a baseline. Either daily testosterone suspension subq with a longer lasting T-cip every 3 days for a baseline. Or maybe use the nasal spray and a longer baseline every 3-4 days. So you can exactly match the spike at 8am then the decline through the day to hit baseline by 8pm and try to keep what’s left of my natural T going also.

The internet has done a good job of convincing men they NEED to inject 2-3 times per week, or even daily. I know, because I was one of them. But in reality I do just fine injecting weekly, which has my levels vary by 20% over the week. (For reference, the average guy has 20% variability every day.). Injecting twice a week was unnecessary and caused me to start building scar tissue (even in my belly, from subq injections). Some men may need more frequent injections to avoid side effects, but we really have no idea how common this is.

The nasal spray gel that has to be administered 3X's a day has ZERO effect on blood thickening (hematocrit) which is a huge plus because the other forms cause these levels to go up for what ever reason. I use CYP/E blend every other day and think that nasal irritation and 3X's a day of the spray would be a pain in the butt. If it doesn't cause any irritation though that might be a pretty good one to see some reviews about on this channel. I know Dr. Gil foo foo's this type of administration

The nasal version doesn’t keep testosterone levels consistently high. It’s the best method for giving a temporary bump in levels, although that’s a rather niche use of testosterone.

I've been on 200mg weekly of cypinate, for 2 years never had any problems, zero of blood thickening , blood work is excellent and hormones are stable.

T shots DEFINITELY worked however anything more than 1 injection per week was good for me (two per week was better but it was hard to keep on schedule and the multiple injections became a painful nuisance). The much much MUCH bigger problem is getting the prescription from a doctor (and I'm 59 y. o with diagnosed low t but still in range, BARELY) and finding a supplying pharmacy.

I did it on my TRT using Nebido and feel awesome. The full 4 mL dose makes me sick like…dizziness…panic attack and too much oscillation.

If you don't think about - just do it out of habit- it's much easier. I suffer from aromitization and spike estrogen very easily, which blows up my blood pressure, causes water retention, bloated stomach - so every day a couple minutes to inject is highly preferred.

Nice discussion, but misleading title. Microdosing means taking medication at doses below what's normally thought to be clinically therapeutic (e.g., taking 20mg of test per week instead of 200mg). This discussion is about dosing frequency. Different subject entirely.

20mg daily is microdosing for TRT. 140 mg/wk is usually an efficacious dose after a week’s time but no one single dose would be enough. Microdosing in TRT necessitates higher frequency.

The right moment to inject depends on the person, how they are wired. TRT has a calming effect on me, and helps me sleep. Some guys get amped right after their shot. There’s no one size fits all in the hormone world. What works best for you may not be optimal for someone else.

Been on Trt for about 6yrs and Used to do 1 shot of Sust or E a week and then do a small Prop shot a couple times a week and loved it ,,,But I got a staph infection on my delt from a shot so I now am good with 1 shot a week ,,, After the staph and the scar and actual dent on my delt where the staph was 1 shot is Kool with me,,,I do about 150.- 175mg a week and am strong n horny so I'm good 1x week 💉💉 💪

Hello, can anybody tell me about possibility of coring from the rubber stopper on a 10ml vial with a 29g needle. A 10 ml vial would last me +- 30 weeks with 3 injections a week protocol...would the rubber stopper handle this?

Positive effect on me but microdosing testosterone especially in the fat just makes it unstable. The absorption in the fat is unreliable whereas injecting in muscle you know what's going on.
