Hey there, because the question asks: “how many causes of death produced more deaths in 2014, than 2018.” Only 1 caused more deaths from 2014 than 2018, hence why the answer is 1. Hope you understand 😊

Hi I’m here 2024 I had the same problem literally exactly the same scores . The actual test is more tricky than his videos it’s more simpler. Plus we’re being timed makes a big difference
