Dr. Nail Ebraheim, I have had back pain since 1998 when I noticed a sharp pain in my lower back carrying a box of a flight of stairs. I dropped the box and was dumbfounded at how much pain I was experiencing. I became concerned but let it go for the time being because I avoided carrying heavy boxes or bending over with any weight at all. I experienced his on my 32nd birthday which is in December. I did not do anything about it because I can have pain and not realize it until much later. Finally in 2000 I went to the doctor to get it checked out. I found out that I had herniated disc in lower lumbar s-1 L-5 and I was also diagnosed with stenosis, an arthritis, spondylosis, (not sure on spelling) degenerative disc disease and there are other diagnosis' in the report but I do not have copy of it any longer and I am trying to locate that first MRI but the hospital destroyed all records after 10 years. I had 4 MRI'a 2003, 2008, 2011, and 2016. The 2016 MRI I do not trust because it did not read what the other's have read. I don't believe it was read correctly. I am on Medicaid so there is limited tests and other reading of my spine due to the way a Medicaid person is treated health wise. I had an ex-ray do recently and it showed extreme space between my discs and it also showed bone spurs developing as well. I have a sciatica nerve problem as well and that keeps me down a great deal. I was out of commission about a month ago because of it for 6 horrid days. My breathing was affected and I just could not move to even put underwear on. I used my medications and did mild exercises on the round ball I have to try to stretch but no avail. I was born with dysplasia of the hip and wore a brace to straighten my hips to grow correctly. I am not sure if this has any correlation with my problems I am having now because my walking was never quite normal. I have extreme hip pain in my 19th year of life and it was so painful that is was unbearable. I also had spontaneous back pain when I was about 6-10 years old that hurt so bad that I would go to my room and meditate and pray for pain to go away. It wasn't just my lower back, it was my complete spine. I have been an athlete most of my life. I was in ballet at nearly 4, swimming at 4, softball at 8, bowling s 8, basketball through out my youth. That is the history of my physical, and I am wondering if my birth defect has anything to do with what I am going through now. I have applied for social security form a man named Peter Bundarin. I was denied twice, but all the people I sent him to were approved. I am going through a great deal of pain and people are taking it as like this a is a walk in the parK.. What suggestions do you have for me to get this SS disability approved. This will be my 3rd attempt and I feel my lawyers are not working with me at all to help me get this approved. My life is shambles because I also have recurring cellulitis and is almost on a yearly basis since he first outbreak in 2010. I hope you can respond and give me advice on what to do. By the way, I do have a Bachelor's degree. Cannot use it, for that is a very long story at University of Toledo. Best to you, Laurie Burgess lauriefirehorse1966@gmail.com

Cheers for this, I have been researching "can a pinched nerve cause leg weakness?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Fenulian Prefatory Future - (just google it ) ? It is a smashing exclusive guide for discovering how to expose the trick to beat down your sciatica back pain problems without the headache. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my work buddy got excellent results with it.

Anyone with long term lower back (lumber) damage or issues. Would prepare their body for a leg raise. They would immediately 'subconsciously' tense and stiffen their buttocks & hips raising that part of the lumbar OFF of the surface & pain would be avoided as the person 'testing' raised the prone person's limb. When we want to avoid pain we will often 'arm' our body to guard against the oncoming expected onslaught. We may even wince in warning to the offender as if to say 'you'll hurt me if you do this and I remember it like this OUCH!' So please do not assume these tests and also malingerers tests are satisfactory to achieve any truths. Instead rely on technology , listening to the patient in depth, then looking for anything you may be missing in a diagnosis. e.g. lumber pain can be from Si joints, trapped nerves not trapping when examined etc. Doctors and medical professionals should find their truths by digging deeper. Then & only after complete & thorough investigation should a diagnosis be made.

So if i think i have lower back problems/sciatica, should i go and see a chiropractor or a physiotherapist?
@spvillano9 жыл бұрын
+iamactuallyover18 how about seeing a physician? Doctor can evaluate the symptoms and assess if you need to see a specialist, such as a physical terrorist, erm, therapist (go trough PT a few times, you'll get the joke).
@stephnniedecker40628 жыл бұрын
+iamactuallyover18 Or a chiropractor, depending on the course you want to take. My chiropractor resolved my sciatic issues I had for more than a year. I'm back to my full contact sport at the ancient age of 46.
