I love your video, but are you sure that TetherLock is from Tether Tools? I’ve had that same TehtherLock for the past 12+ years. It was the only one at the time that was made of metal and had different size cable, grooves. It worked perfectly when using my Hasselblad H one body connected to my phase one P45 back that used FireWire.

Thanks for catching that. According to our research TetherLock was the original name for what is now the TetherTools TetherBlock. Hope yours is still holding tight :)

Sorry, overly complicated thing.... I am using an iPad, my camera and a FlashAir WIFI-SD-Card in my camera. No cables, extra boxes etc. I switch on the camera and the iPad. Start the app and I am ready to see the photos on my iPad. The WIFI-SD-Card works with all of my digital cameras without any reconfiguration.

Sounds amazing! What size are your files and how fast does it tether? What camera are you using? Love to talk to you more about this.

@@ComplicatedThings Up to 4MB JPG (from a Fujifilm GFX50r) in about 3-4 seconds per File. WIFI Range is not more than 4-5 meters. Sad to say, the FlashAir-WIFI-SD-Card was withdrawn from the market. You can get them at ridicilous prices on ebay (select only the W-04 version for maximum speed). But much cheaper than the Tether Tools Kit.

Yeah CaptureOne does something similar to an iPad but in all honesty I want the DNGs immediately on the computer and sadly nothing is fast enough for that yet. Thanks for the info though. Let us know if there is any other tech you would like us to test out.

@@ComplicatedThings Thats the difference to my setup. I need only the JPGs to check lighting, makeup and costumes. I dont want to work on RAW files during a photo shoot. Maybe you can test the CamRanger 2 system.

Definitely, usually Mark has a crowd of people watching monitors, makeup artist who want to zoom in really close ect., so the Jpegs wouldn’t work :( We will definitely check out the CamRanger system

I always work with RAW files. I never work with Jpegs. The technology for transferring 50mega pixel raw files at the rate I shoot wirelessly doesn’t exist yet.
