Teton Pass POV Radness - Lithium Trail

Three-and-a-half miles, 2,800 feet of descending and conditions that range from steep, loose rocks to fast, buff singletrack in the trees. Take a speedy lap down Lithium Trail on Teton Pass near Jackson, Wyoming, with Harrison Ory and Austin Hackett-Klaube of Rooted MTB. This trail is the result of years of hard work by the Teton Freedom Riders and partnership with government agencies. A must-ride if you're in the area and looking for some downhill mountain bike thrills.

Such a sick trail! Us PA boys got the honors of doing a few shuttle lapse on Teton Pass when traveling though Jackson Hole in July 2020 and it definitely was a trip highlight.

I live in San Luis Obispo, CA I routinely climb for an hour and a half for a 3:00-4:00 minute descent before I have to pedal up for a bit. This trail makes me so insanely jealous.

how steep is the trail that you are descending 90min of climbing in 3-4min? Here in B.C. you'd get about 3,000 vertical feet descending, pretty tough to do that in 4min unless you are tucking a fire road.

hobmarg pretty much everything is straight up and down on Coastal Cali trails. Nobody knows how to build a switchback.
