Since all the stuff abt the debug manu not working, I don't know if this is still possible. 17:04 This again, was made as the Moonshine Mob second fase in the DLC. 28:34 This concept was actually used with Cala María. (Y'know, the fact that fish transform it into the next fase)

The placeholder text appeared in my game once. It happened when I loaded my file while by the fight against the frogs and pressed A and X at the same time while the game was still loading (on switch btw). If it can be replicated, I’d like to know. Also, the ending of the cut airship level’s music was reused for the DLC’s reveal trailer.

9:11 This can actually be activated normally with Miss Chalice (and possibly with Cuphead and Mugman) if you stand on the two babies which will then lead to the chandelier falling. The secret phase will actually work correctly too! The radish can be fought normally too, if you don’t shoot the Onion it will play a unique animation, and the Radish will appear along with the Carrot.

I feel like the other title screen song should be used in a way where the player can interact in game with an NPC who'll give them an option to choose songs after doing a side task for them. Once chosen that song will always play when you open the game unless you change it back

The explosive weapon That would shoot a projectile that could damage the player that shot it feels like a predecessor To the weapon that eventually got added that would shoot a bullet that broke off into many fragments So I'm not sure if that actually is the case or what but it definitely feels like they reworked it and implemented into the game as that weapon

I think the boss 'timer' showed how many hits till the boss either dies or goes to the next phase. It could of been that you could of known your progress for the boss before dieing but was removed.

You can still find radish on regular. If you don’t attack the onion, it will spawn the radish, making the carrot fight a bit harder.

Did you know the crudly drawn green lizard was actually the first character in cuphead before it got turned into a run 'n gun game. there is also Even a boss that got deleted at the same time that would basically be huge, and then throw their hands on you, almost like the gigavolt boss fight in kirby: planet robobot.

First of, the green thing is actually the original design for Cuphead himself believe it or not. Second, I think that the mechanics of the boss that would throw its hands at the player could have been reworked into the skeleton conductor from the Phantom Express boss fight.

Love how much stuff was readded in later updates Ill mark them here 1. The triple shot - made into a weapon for the new dlc (the lighting one). It even got another gimmick with it being more accurate if you stand still 2. Turret - turned into the ex weapon for the crackshot 3. Branched path sally stageplay - you can trigger this by standing on the two angel thingies in the first stage. The unused attack by the husband is now a fireball which a small angel wheels in. Also in the last stages only the priest and a nun bow in the back and the husband and children arent there 4. Radish - if you dont shoot the onion they will go back underground happy and out of the hole they left will jump out the radish which spins on the floor damaging you if you touch it. Its on the screen at the same time as the carrot, so while you could kill it, its not really worth it because you can just kill the carrot instead and win the fight 6. Jelly the octopus - was turned into the kings leap challenge in the dlc (specifically the knight i think) 7. The flying gentleman - turned into the first phase of one of the dlc bosses 8. The light - turned into the second phase of the same boss as the flying gentleman --------------- Part 2 --------------- 1. Plantboi attack? - that fuzzball attack he describes at 26:45 is actually in the game, but im not sure whether it was already when this video

Agreed with everyone here. A lot of the content shelved and not in the original release made it into the DLC. The new guns and the whole parry only boss idea being two of the most notable. Also the lady insect gramophone thing with the beams that rotate around the screen too was prototyped (called The Light) but never used till DLC. I think the octopus because the horse in the King's Gambit DLC. Also the giant Spider made it into the DLC. There is probably more too. Also the secret phase of the root pack and sally stage play do exist in the game. No idea if they were added in later or were there from v1.0. So I have no idea why that content is even mentioned here as it is in the final game and is accessible.
