People are suggesting past games things for the Dad Why Dad achievement (14:39,) but personally I'm actually thinking it was an alternate bad ending for where you fail the qte on night 5 with "gold bonnie" and rather than Ozwald becoming the animatronic, his dad steps in and saves him and you get a cutscene of his dad being the one stuck in the past as an animatronic. So "why dad" is just asking why he'ds sacrifice himself like that, as opposed to the idea of his dad having been one of the bullies is fnaf 4.

The scrapped insanity mechanic sounds really cool. It would have made the game more scary hearing children laugh as you go insane. But I could also see that it might be annoying and confusing with hallucination jumpscares and fake chases.

I don't know if this happens to other who played itp, but all my playthroughs had something similar to the insanity mechanic. Whenever I get seen by Chica, seen by the yellow rabbit or make a noise that alerts the yellow rabbit a reddish color appears around my screen the more I do the thinks mentioned above I increase the amount of it to the point where basically 40% of my screen is dark red (same color like yellow rabbits flesh parts) and veins start to appear on the screen glowing to the beat of Oswalds heart. Also when the veins appear the flash jumpscares start appearing and Oswalds runs slower and Trips more often

Even though they're labeled under intro/general, I have a personal crack theory for those unused jumpscare sprites. Notice how they have the same flesh around the eyes, flesh inside the mouth, and same inner sharp teeth as the yellow rabbit. MY FAVORITE GAME IN THE SERIES IN FNAF 3 BECAUSE I LOVE THE CONCEPTS OF THE PHANTOM ANIMATRONICS!! It was a really unique concept and always grasped my attention :) I enjoyed it a lot and it always intruiged me how the antagonist / player character didn’t react and I also love how Springtrap sort of hesitates to jumpscare you! It wasn’t the fandom, the fandom didn’t do anything to make Security Breach the way it is It was Steel Wool, it’s the result of a team that made purely VR games making a huge open non VR game (Security Breach) for the first time. It was a result of a lack of skill, lack of proper direction, and extremely poor miscommunication between Scott Cawthon and Steel Wool. Scott literally said in his interview earlier this month that he didn’t tell Steel Wool the lore for Security Breach and instead gave them like tiny details like telling “oh put this thing here, put that thing here” This resulted in Steel Wool making a completely different story than Scott’s story, (yes there’s a story, it’s pretty hidden tho, not like scrapped content just hidden in the game) The fans did not do anything. I don’t think a team of a ton of people let a small but loud group of toxic fans influence the state Security Breach was released in. I hate to admit it, but Security Breach was kinda doomed the moment they wanted it to be a huge open triple A game. It was Steel Wool’s first time ever making a non Vr 3D game. The only other non-Vr game they made was a 2.5D platformer years ago. They shouldve made the game smaller. it’s all just a result of a team biting off more than they could chew. They are doing much better now though with the new releases.

I’m not sure if you want for a submission on your comment or outside of it, but either way, the fourth installment is my favorite. It isn’t particularly hard or anything, but the concept is genius. It makes you strain your hearing, ignoring the freddles, remembering where foxy is, and listening for breathing. This seems all fine, until suddenly, you get hit by an almost animalistic sound, and you were all the more vulnerable due to listening closely.

There's been speculation that we're shifting gears to the three unnamed and unknown children who were accomplice's to Crying Child's death, and the hidden Freddy mask in the attic may infer Oswald's dad is the third member/Freddy bro. I suspect it may have been if you keep the mask in your inventory and trade the game console for the firecracker, then it could trigger a new scene?

Bet, my favorite game of this series is Five Nights at Freddy's 4. One of the scariest entries in the series besides the first entry (besides Into The Pit, and FNaF 1 followed by FNaF World).

Me personally, I love FNAF Into the Pit. It is just a really cool game in general, and I am sad to see it not as a SNES game. If anyone is willing to, and has experience with SNES homebrew, I might be able to help with logistics. Reply to me if you are interested!

Origional Help Wanted was such an amazing achievement for fnaf. though that's the turning point of the complicated lore, it's still just so cool

It appears that the rabbit animation for when it gets tangled, it partly used in the finished product, briefly being seen before it cuts to the cutscene version.

i have the most memories with fnaf 2, because that's when i got into fnaf and i was instantly hooked on, but my favorite fnaf is probably pizzeria sim

My favorite FNAF game has always been FNAF 4 because it's the most unsettling entry. From the house setting to the Nightmare Animatronics, it's a gem in the whole series, and I just love it

The window thing for the yellow rabbit was likely a reference to fnaf 3 and was an easter egg using the old window in the security room which was scrapped

The last one where its the rabbit catching you in the golden freddy suit, actually looks like its based off the fnaf 4 nightmare bonnie jumpscare, and the one where the freddy jumpscare is based on the fnaf 1 bonnie jumpscare, it honestly looks one to one traced over, which I think might be possible for fnaf 4 based one, but likely the freddy one more so, and also could have been a potential quick place holder, but idk.

FNAF HW 1 and 2 are amazing, not only is there more to do but the VR features just add to the horror.
