Any reason not to use Delphi injectors instead of the Bobcat branded ones (that are also made by Delphi)? And do you ever clean common rail when replacing all four injectors / any info on how to do that?

Thank you so much. The Bobcat injectors are Delphi. Just be careful of the cheap ebay delphi injectors. They seem to be stuck in many cases and difficult to get working again.

I had one a bob cat that wasnt working and i didn't get any kind of code, but after enough inspections an watching videos i realized that the batterys in the remote control were no longer working due to the fact that it had been 4 years since i got it from Walmart, so make sure you check that before getting in too deep

I watched your video on low fuel pressure and no start because this is the issue. I’m having with my machine T740 while I was watching the video. My first thought was if I block off one of the fuel injectors, the pressure will go up and it will probably start whether the fuel injector is bad or not so I ordered the injector block off, did the procedure you discussed in the video. The very first fuel injector I blocked off. It started right up so to test my theory I went through and blocked off every fuel injector only to prove my theory accurate I allowed the machine to warm up on three cylinders and then reconnected the blocked fuel injector now it starts and runs with no issue, I’m wondering if you have any suggestions because I feel like this is a fuel supply problem after the machine runs for a little bit now that it’s running properly it will suck the pump bulb closed and give me that fuel pressure code and then shut the machine off. The local bobcat dealer has no clue how to help me

You will need the dealer to program or find someone with software able to program. I know Texa laptops has the ability to program.

It would be interesting to see the diagnostics you do with the laptop as well. Is the bobcat software like oem automotive software where you can see live data and command outputs? Do you just use a pass through device to a laptop or do you have a special Bobcat scan tool?

It's Doosan specific software on a laptop with a dealer only UVIM adapter. Yes, live data is visible along with active testing.

I wish I could show the diagnostic software but my goal is to relay as much information as possible without showing any Bobcat-Doosan specific tools, software, manuals, or any sensitive Bobcat information. Hello, I need help, Bobcat 740 started having problems with not accelerating, I changed the filter several times and I cleaned the water in the system and it worked fine. Now it starts well and turns off when the exiles force code 000157-22 and 000176-15 rail pressure, good intake. fuel checked I took the diesel out of the tank to add new diesel it drives me crazy I changed a new injector also what I have left is the pressure sensor and how to regulate the price from your experience what sounds more like it to you than it is

I recommend Bobcat but Delphi is the manufacturer. Not hard to find a Delphi dealer.

Hey bud I have the same issue so after I ran the clear tube diagnose injectors 1&4 showed diesel coming out 2&3 nothing so I crank it up a few more times thinking that maybe I didn’t hold it long enough for fuel to come out so after a few more cranks no fuel came out does that mean that injectors 2&3 are plugged up and need replacement or can they be cleaned out thanks for all your videos brother your a blessing to have put them up for us to learn and $ave

On the t770 2016 model mine is smoking and knocking, the dealership tells me my engine is bad and I need a new one. That's 38,000$ my machine only has 1,500 hours on it. my question is, could bad injectors make it appear the engine is blown by smoking and knocking?

I just bought a 1999 bobcat and can not get the park breaks to release found a red nob beside the seat does that have anything to do with the foot release on the floor. all I have done on these machines drove them. need help.

Have you checked both the fuse and relay? Red knob right of seat is to lower boom, nothing to do with brakes not releasing.

My 2018 T740 will start and run for about a min before the e00176-76 code, then shuts off. Is this typically also an injector problem? I notice in your video, it was a no start. Thank you for any help. I will be doing a static test sometime this week, but just want to see if you think that's where I should start.

I would start with fuel supply issue first, check fuel filter, fuel lines, and pick up tube.

When it's really cold the water in the separator will freeze and cause that to happen. I think a fuel filter will take care of the issue

I can't tell from your video what color the fuel cap is. The machines with the Doosan 1.8, 2.4 and 3.4 engines need a vented cap. A green cap as found on the older machines or one from a truck, will cause rail codes for low fuel pressure as well. I have customers that fill other machines & vehicles at a central pump who set the cap up on the pump, then grab the wrong one. The T740 is 74HP.

I've got a bobcat s590 (2015) very low hours, I think 1100. I don't use it alot and it does sit for long periods. I went to use it the other day and when I started it it cranked and ran but then I get 3 beeps and a e0001157-22 error and it shuts down. It will crank and start repeatedly and do that same thing as many times as I start it. I changes the fuel filter and visibly inspected wiring and no obvious signs of a problem seen. After the filter change and purging air with the bulb still no change. Exactly the same issue. Trying to learn what I can about the e0001157-22 code it appears to be a rail pressure fault can I do the static test as shown in the video on a machine that will crank and start as mine is? Wondering if I have a bad injector or injectors causing loss of or out of parameters rail pressure.

Static test is a great place to start. Unplug the injectors so the engine doesn't start. Injectors do not need to fire to troubleshoot leaking injector.

Low oil pressure, usually it's the sensor or the pigtail but you should varify pressure but plumbing in a manual guage into the sensor port.

We have the same dreaded code showing on our s450 with the 3 cylinder doosan engine- but the engine shuts down after about 5-10 minutes of operation. key off, key back on restarts and repeat. we have replaced all 3 injectors, lines, inlet metering valve and rubber lines from filter to engine and from filter to cooler, and from primer bulb to tank. any ideas? still happening.

Sounds like you've done everything, except pick up tube in the tank? If it's not that then possibly the pump itself.

Yes you can actually using a resister inline with the rail pressure sensor, just trick the ECU for more rail pressure.

There will be codes for an ECU mismatch since now the engine is potentially producing more than 74HP. Anything over 74.9HP requires exhaust after treatment
