First off, thank you for the help, I have a t650 motor will not run, showing no codes on the dashboard. Bobcat said low rail pressure. Replaced the pump,no run. Checked the wiring harness found a lightly rubbed purple and black wires. No blown fuses. What am I missing? It will almost start every once in a while.

I am thinking of buying a bobcat S650 skid steer. The auction site displays an ECU Main relay fault. Should I steer away from this or proceed to a possible buy-in auction? I don't find any info on this subject. Any thoughts or direction would be appreciated.

I'm having similar issues. I get a cam position sensor fault, bobcat's running great then will drop to idle out of nowhere randomly. Also, recently, after pressing the green button to allow control, it has about a one second delay, almost like the parking break is activated or the bypass was never pressed. I have a bobcat t595, any info would be great.

I have a bobcat t-650 2016 and have a e000636-08 code say crank position sensor fault but i already replaced the sensor and don’t change anything so i check the fuse box and fuse #15 glow plugs is burned so i did replace and immediately it burn again ¿any recommendations for this fault. I always watch your videos wich helping me a lot in another tings but now im stuck in this fault thanks so much for your videos all of them are spectacular thanks.

Great video I have 753 hand control with float I have to move left hand control a long way to get to move and it hard to get the bucket to move a little .is that in the hand control senser wear .3000 hour on the machine g series hard to find grade with it thanks them both move alot and have been recalibrated

863 bobcat, we rebuilt the engine and had an overheating problem. no oil was running through the oil cooler. had the oil cooler cleaned out, still nothing. Engine would run about 30 minutes and shut down, overheating. 1011f engine,replaced oil,filters,oil pump and removed the thermostat... nothing

Not with this issue. The cam sensor gets 12V from the fuse box and the crank sensor does not work on 12V. The crank sensor is a two wire sensor and both leads go straight to ECU. Crank position sensor issues are very rare in my experience.

I got a 2016 s510 with the d24. Machine has a rough start and proceeds to run rough and smoke a lot. After started throws a cam signal fault and then a rail pressure control fault. Checked the 4 pin crossover harness looks good and also has a 12v 5v 5v and ground output. Also changed cam and crank sensor what else could cause it to run this bad

Are you sure fuse 21 is good? Do you have 12v with the harness plugged in, did you back probe harness to test for 12v

Fuse 21 is good. Got 12v 5v 5v and ground at the 4pin connect when plugged in. Also got 5v down at the cam sensor

Cam sensor is on back of engine behind egr motor and a pain to get out. Extremely rare one goes bad. What are the symptoms?

Bobcat tractors are made by Kioti so I have worked on them. Ive seen both fuel supply issues and wiring issues cause random IMV codes.

Same thing happens to mine. Fuses and cables are good. Even to the ones you mentioned on your video. The only thing is actually checking the cam sensor but i can't find it. Do you have any idea where it's hidden? Thanks!

I pulled the motor on an S570 to replace the auxiliary hard lines. After reinstalling the motor I have code E004082-04 inlet metering valve. It runs for about five seconds, and then shuts down with another code, E000637-08. Not too familiar with these newer machines. I pulled the metering valve out just to look at it and it looked fine. I’m kind of at a loss. Any recommendations?

Starter feedback wire has an issue. Check wiring at starter, I have seen the feedback wire broken due to being too short. I've also seen a bad starter cause the same code.

Not always but they do share the same power circuit. If the fuse is blown both components will be affected.
