Tetrahedral and Octahedral Sites

I see a lot of negative comments, but this is a really good explanation because I was confused about why there is 4 and 8 number of oct and tet holes, respectively. Now it makes sense.

How did you get the 1/4, 1/4, 1/4 coordinate points for the tetrahedral sites and 1/2, 1/2, 1/2 coordinate points for the octahedral sites?
