that would be so cool if they made this, but with like the real og nes tetris on it, like you know, the one they play in actual championships, all these slapped together official clones are just never going to have that same appeal. Like even if you have zero chance of ever winning tetris championships at least you feel more like your being productive training for something that has real life championships lol

I do like this version of Tetris but I see what you're saying. Having championship version like you're playing for the record would be cool too!

It does not have any of the other 200 games included :(, so it's only Tetris. Which is not bad, but this is not guideline tetris, saves no scoreboard, so the device is mainly for time killing. In which case, for time killing it shoudk have the other games tho.

The screen isn't bad it's just not IPS. Everything else looks pretty sharp and I do love the custom artwork on it.

It's a dedicated custom officially licensed Tetris so it is unique. An IPS screen would have been nice though.

@@RetroDayOfficial It's also the size. It's a big unit for one simple game. I really like the Mario and Zelda Game & Watches. If it really is licensed then couldn't they have put some other official variations like Game & Watch did?

@marcwilliams9824 It's only about an inch wider but I hear you on variations. Game and Watches do look nice although I think they cost more.

But remember in 1989 people bought a Game Boy so they could play Tetris (and other games). A Game Boy with Tetris included back then cost $89, way more than this. This handheld with just Tetris (but can't play other games) costing $40 make sense.
