A new rule put in place after someone who DIDN'T have the right to carry at the State Fair shot 3 people. Let that sink in for a second. That person did not have a carry license. Now they want to ban people who do have a license. How in the world does that make ANY sense? I was trying to find when it first started being allowed, but I couldn't find it. I know it's been a long time though. With 0 issues. Unbelievable. This is city of Dallas owned land. By that alone they shouldn't be allowed to do this. Sec. 411.209 state law.

@@tzoninghard2425 Previously, you have to have a License to Carry to carry at the state fair. A police officer checks your licenses at the entrance. Constitutional carry doesn’t apply there.

shooting that happened because of a criminal having an unlicensed gun. You think prohibiting gun will help the next law abiding victims or will it only help the criminals who doesn't have to face any immediate consequences because of the incapacitated victims.
