i’m watching this after a rather disappointing sophomore year. i auditioned as a soprano 2 and got 6th chair all district, however at region i messed up my cut and didn’t advance :/ my prep was great and this video really helps, but does anyone have tips on how to not be a nervous auditionee?

Hi! I'm a 3 year Tmea all stater and something that has always helped me has been doing practice cuts with people from your program or in front of your director. What I mean by practice cuts is doing the exact audition process from getting behind a curtain to not getting a 2nd shot. It WILL be stressful but the more exposure you have to performing in front of people then the better you'll be at it! Happy practicing
