Lici does the mannequin head has to be pre haircutted in order to do the taper..but also you have to leave it long at the top right

I would leave at least 2 inches on the sides and leave it long enough on the top to cut off at least an inch and a half. But double check the candidate information bulletin for specifications on the amount you have to cut off.

Yes I recommend you prep and pre it the hair. Just make sure you leave enough to cut off what is specified in the candidate information bulletin
