I live in corpus, they're exaggerating big time. it's not that bad at all. It rained harder a few weeks ago during a regular storm. The "pier" they keep showing is always liked that. He's standing on the edge of the water which already comes close to over flowing during strong high tides. Everything is open, folks are out on the street like it's any other day.
