Batter frying a marginal piece of meat and cooking it in grease is ABSOLUTELY a stroke of genius. Especially after you pour country style gravy over the top. Einstein himself wished that HE had come up with it. Of course it only really soars when it's accompanied by mashed potatoes. Pure heaven.
