That dad showed so much restraint, I can't even imagine the scenario without becoming angry. It's like he said, it feels like the jailtime would be worth it. I think that if people had that attitude "hurt my child and my revenge will be worth the time in jail" then less people would hurt children, they'd be too scared to try.

the state takes fathers out of homes and extorts them on top of it. most households are single "moms" with addiction problems who bring multiple men in and out of the house while the children and their forced absent father suffer. THis also puts the kids into the grips of chomos. Great world.

EssentialSims No I wouldn't. That was my point, how can I protect them rotting in a prison cell for the rest of my life. My child would be after loosing her father over something that happened to her so she'd probably blame herself on it and become depressed and suicidal. As parents we always have to think of the bigger picture and outside the box,as every action has a reaction. Now if I walked in and caught the scumbag in the act, that would be a different story as I'm well in my legal rights to react and protect my family.

If you ment if he touched my children I've already explained that so read it.

Philip OReilly well I’m guessing we all have our different ways of solving the situation some would kill him, some would just beat him near death, or wait for the cops. that dad deserves nothing but scorn. he passed his daughter off to a stranger right after meeting him, ignored very obvious signs that something was wrong with her, finally does the right thing, and then plays himself off as some kind of hero on this exploitation piece. I am glad he stopped the scumbag, but that does not undo the damage he did himself first.

Thank God for these parents. I was molested by a friend of my mom's boyfriend while she was in the next room . I screamed and hollered for her help, but was ignored. I was only 15. This was the 60's and there were very few laws to help me. Fortunately someone had left a knife on the table by the couch, I was able to grab it and threaten him, I got away to my bedroom where I cried forever. I was taken away from my "mother" months later, along with my other siblings. I was fortunate to get really wonderful foster parents. I was much loved as were they. They've been gone for years now, but I still love and miss them. I know God was watching over me. I'm an old lady now and will go home to heaven soon. God has always been by my side and soon I'll be by His. God Bless you all.

I felt like they all betrayed and let me down. I'm so proud of this dad and happy for her to have had someoke like him to protect her. We're just kids. I agree I don't hold it against the mom and dad for not noticing the very minute signs right off. I mean he had earned their trust they had no reason to suspect anything shady. That's how these career perverts operate. They earn trust then execute their attack. They wouldn't b able to earn the trust if they showcased their perverted behavior immediately. This dad is a hero. He made it possible for him to be convicted without a shadow of a doubt by setting him up the way he did after it was confirmed he was molesting his daughter. There was no way for him to lie out of it. He beautifully set it up that way.
