Rest in peace to the trooper and their family but when this lady was saying the traffic to slow down even if it’s on a highway they’re not gonna slow down. I live right here off of Highway 21 just east of Kyle we get fatal car accident accidents every week because Cars and trucks because they wanna go around them and every time when they do that, they cause big accidents like that one school bus Hayes County CISD bus when it was involved in a fatal car crash
