In the video you can see that white cloud coming in across the water and you also can see the rotation in the clouds above but to them it probably looked like nothing but rain. The vortex of a Tornado on the water is hidden behind a swirling mass of water vapor making it look like a moving white cloud on the water, like fog rolling in. Very dangerous how it fooled these fishermen. Great video and happy they’re still here to talk about it.
