I don't know anything about this band, I'm just a drummer to whom the algorithm fed a drum play-through video, but are you saying they haven't gotten better since high school? I don't know if I want to follow something like that.
@claytanic66610 ай бұрын
@@barenakeddrummer no they have gotten better, but they are still TIJ, unlike other bands how they have drastically changed, they were just ahead of their time is all. TIJ is a huge influence on me as a drummer because of Adam Gray.
@garretburrow10 ай бұрын
@@barenakeddrummer nah bro, I'm pretty sure all he meant was that bands spend years trying to get to this level, but this band started out at this level, demonstrated by the fact that this song was one of their first songs & they were playing it in high school...also, if a band _has_ reached this level and is no longer improving, good for them! They came a long way lol

Wow. This is my maiden voyage, two ships passing in the night, one might say. It’s almost romantic until the onslaught of sonic brutality severs the spine with merciless and abrupt changes in rhythmic heading. I feel violated in some indescribable way. A part of me that was pure, ish, is now forever stained by exposure to the musical equivalent of a physical beating. I’m absolutely not kidding when I say that I’m telling Mom. I’d tell Dad too, except he disappeared at a Megadeth concert twenty years ago. He was sellin’ peace and smokes under the bleachers last anyone saw of the man…dang’ol why???😭
